This is a 20oz copper sheet metal roof cap custom made for this very attractive gazebo in Lincolnshire, Illinois for our client Patrick Marry CEO of Firefly Mobile Inc. www.fireflymobile.com. It was made 8 sided at a 7/12 pitch 22" wide with the 3 bend raised corner look and fit within our minimum $200 charge delivered.

It would have cost a little more, but when he first contacted me on 7/23 and we were able to work out the details swiftly, since he had carefully read through my web site and had all the info I needed to give him a quote. I was able to ship it out within 4 days of receiving his check in the mail. It went out FedEx Ground on 8/3, just 11 days after his first e-mail, along with these other 2 roof cap shipments.

Usually the raised corner look is only for the sake of hiding the fasteners, like with a standing seam metal roof.  Other than giving this cap a more dynamic look, when it comes to function our caps do not need these raised corners, as they are a one piece design.  It does give the corners a more defined look though.
