This roof cap was for a US Marshal named Curt Casteel. He and his Wife Kathy live in Jackson Missouri. It was fabricated with solid 20oz copper.  We received all the needed info from him in their first letter and were able to lock down the details of this cap in a single reply, so they qualified for the 10% discount, from $275 to $247.50 for this 8sq. feet cap at $35 per square feet. It actually took more copper than that when finished according to the weight of the finished cap.

This cap is 24" wide with a 14/12 pitch for their 12/12 pitch roof.  With the spiked corners it is 30.5" wide.  It has a safety hem bent under along the bottom edge.  We had not yet drill the holes for the screws in this photo.  It still has the clear plastic film over the outside of the copper to protect it from finger prints that would make an uneven tarnished look.
