Roberta and Scott Cline in Illinois had their architect design
this classic castle looking house for them with these twisted chimneys and clay chimney pots, but they felt they were just too small and did not clearly show the detail of a King and Queen crown look they were after, so they finally found my web site and liked what we have done,
and wanted that for their new house. We have been ironing out the
details since Halloween of 2014 and is just now coming close to
completion over 2 years later.

Bisher's 20oz &
24oz Copper
This is
twin wall
fire pit exhaust hood made to be mounted under their covered pergola.
We built this for a Contractor named
Dick Noggle in Michigan for his Client Jon Bisher
in Petoskey, Michigan for
The Hearthside Grove Motor-coach Resort.
The lower rim of this octagon hood is 60" wide across the
outside formed with a 45 degree angle sloping up to a 15" width at the top
for the vertical flue. This hood has an inner
liner as well with a 3" gap between the outer shell, which adapts to a 12" wide flue
inside diameter. The flue shown is 4' tall, and has another 18" long
extension below the weather-head, as shown below. They are not
dealing with high heat, since this is a natural gas fire pit. This
also came with a thick 32oz copper roof flange. Cost: $7,484.60

Larsen's Pair of 20oz Copper Chimney Caps This set of 2 copper
chimney caps we built for our Client for Jenny & Atom Larsen in
Sandy, Oregon to be installed over their chimney box and stone
covered chimney. They wanted the one above made with their company
logo mounted on top. 43.2# for the base The other chimney cap shown
below was built in our popular Tuscany
arch style. This happen to be the first we had made with 4 smaller
arches across the long side, so they are not a lot wider than the
end arches. Final Cost: $9,311.20 for both chimney caps
installed We had also provided the aluminum and
copper roof flashing for their reroof project, and replaced the
gutters with copper, as well as installed copper covered ridge vents
(not seen in this photos). To see all 178 photos of this

20oz Copper Tuscany 10 Arch Style Chimney Cap
This custom copper chimney cap was built for our client: David
Hallet in Napa, CA. This was made to replace a defective tile and
stucco chimney cap they had been fighting with for some time. This
Clients actually flew up here to meet with us just before
fabrication began, then again to rent a small UHaul truck to drive
this down to Napa. We rarely get a chance to meet our out of State
Clientele, so this was a treat. Cost: $8,824.50 for
this large chimney cap w/o crate or freight

Subject: Best wishes from Napa
Good morning David
Sending you and all at Copper by Design my best wishes for a happy,
healthy and prosperous 2017. The chimney cap you made for me has
been tested by several winter storms with heavy horizontal rain from
40-50 mph winds. It is also developing a very nice weathered patina.
I absolutely made the right choice.
Best regards
David
Hallett
