This was kind of a funny story; Bob Bedzyk contacted us to make them a small 12" wide simple aluminum cap for a 5/12 pitch roof on a an 18' wide gazebo they built for a client there in Livonia Michigan. We wrote back saying how we have a $200 minimum charge, and that they can get a cap that is twice that wide and made out of a thick 20oz copper we use. Why would he want such a cheap roof cap for such a large gazebo? Instead he ended up having us make this 28" wide for a 1/8 small size roof cap. The main base cap section is made at a 6/12 pitch and we added the 13" wide 16/12 pitch center cap for some added style. Cost: $275 php |
