CBD's Scupper Fabrication Photopage

Here is the assembly of a pair of the custom rain scuppers we have fabricated to give you an idea of what we can offer you.

Here is the scupper design #2 in 20oz copper, with a section of 20oz copper K-5 gutter that is to be shaped into another identical scupper. It is wrapped in a clear protective plastic sheet to peal off when I am ready.

This shows the same piece of K-5 gutter with the bottom bent out and the cut lines drawn on the clear plastic cover.

Here is a close-up of the cut lines on the copper.

This shows the areas cut out and bent down for fabrication. It also shows the back side cut out and laying just below.

Here is an angle view of the 3 sides folded together. To the right there is a front view and a look down into the top.
